This summer it’s not just Blockchain.com customer numbers that continue to grow. Our team continues to expand to meet the challenge of relentlessly building the future of finance. In recent weeks we’ve hired a number of key leaders to the company, bolstering our team’s experience and capabilities.
Today, please join me in giving a warm welcome to:
- Mimi Brady, VP of Customer Success — Mimi joins us from Austin, Texas. Having spent more than 7 years at Dropbox, almost half of which as a founding member of the Enterprise Strategy team, Mimi knows what it means to play a leading role in scaling a tech business. Notably, she spent the last 2+ years as Dropbox’s Head of Customer Success, and we can’t wait to see the impact she will continue to drive with us.
- Jackie Rose — Head of Institutional Business Development — Based in Los Angeles, Jackie joins Blockchain.com with experience in investor relations, private equity and investment banking. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Park Square Capital, where she was responsible for managing fundraising processes across the firm’s private credit products. Jackie also served as an Associate at The Carlyle Group and an Investment Banking Analyst for JP Morgan. Her role will be crucial as we continue to invest in our institutional business.
- Valerii Babushkin — Head of Data Science — Based in London, Valerii brings deep expertise in Machine Learning, Analytics, and Software Engineering. Most recently, he worked in User Data Privacy for Facebook’s WhatsApp Central Integrity team. He has helped innovative startups scale, while leading large teams, and will have a tremendous impact on building out our data science efforts at Blockchain.com.
- Min Wei — Head of Partnerships — Based in San Francisco, Min brings more than 15 years of experience working in startups, partnerships, growth, and product marketing. In her role as Head of Partnerships, Min will focus on partnerships and business development, with an emphasis on distribution, revenue, and product opportunities. After a brief stint at Knowledge Up, Min boomeranged back to Blockchain.com, returning to the same role she held from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Min was co-founder and COO of the venture-backed consumer startup Tsukemen, which Blockchain.com acquired in 2018. Join us in welcoming Min back!
These strategic hires will help us aggressively expand our product offering, grow our institutional business, and pursue M&A opportunities.
We’re still hiring for many roles, within customer success, data science, engineering, finance, legal, marketing, communications, people operations, product, and more. Check out our Careers page to learn more.
I’m excited to welcome Mimi, Jackie, Valerii and Min to Blockchain.com and look forward to what we’re able to accomplish together. Now it’s time to do the work.
-Peter Smith, Blockchain.com Co-founder and CEO
